Ethiopian direct

I might be late to the game on this – I seem to remember hearing something on the grapevine about the specialty coffee industry’s loss of direct access to Ethiopian coffee farmers – but it seems that the Ethiopian government has found a way to both have some measure of control over its coffee industry while allowing some measure of direct access to their coffee farmers. Good? Bad? I’ve no idea. Anyone is welcome to weigh in and inform me in the comments, though.
